Abortion tendency and Homeopathy

The greatest miracle is the formation of life. Recurrent miscarriage (RM), the accepted definition of which is three or more consecutive miscarriages, is relatively uncommon – affecting about 1 to 2% of couples who conceive.Natural abortions can happen due to various reasons. If a women has repeated natural abortions, there might be some internal problems and after investigation these can be corrected.
Aetiology:

GENETIC

Parental chromosomal abnormalities.
On the basis of conventional Geisma banding techniques, a parental structural chromosome abnormality is identified in between 3 and 5% of couples with RM

Fetal aneuploidy (trisomy or monosomy)
Aneuploidy (trisomy or monosomy) is the most commonly identified chromosome abnormality in humans and fetal aneuploidy is the single most common cause of miscarriage.

Endocrinopathies
Deficient secretion of progesterone by the corpus luteum leading to early miscarriage. This has come to be termed the luteal phase defect which has been reported to be present in between 23 and 60% of women with RM

Antiphospholipid syndrome-Hughes Syndrome
Antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) are a family of approximately 20 auto-antibodies directed against negativelycharged phospholipids-binding proteins. Of this family of antibodies, only the lupus anticoagulant (LA)and the anticardiolipin antibodies (aCL) have been shown to be of reproductive significance.

Thrombophilic defects
The hypothesis is that some cases of recurrent miscarriage and later pregnancy complications are due to an
exaggerated haemostatic response during pregnancy leading to thrombosis of the uteroplacental vasculature and subsequent fetal demise.

IMMUNE DYSFUNCTION

Contemporary concepts in reproductive immunology now emphasize the co-operative nature of the interaction between individual cells and molecules of the immune system and the fetus in governing pregnancy outcome. In particular, interest is currently focused on the relationship between Natural Killer (NK) cells and reproductive failure.

STRUCTURAL UTERINE ABNORMALITIES

A recent retrospective review of reproductive performance in patients with untreated uterine anomalies has suggested that these women experience high rates of miscarriage and preterm delivery

INFECTIONS

ToRCH(Toxoplasma; Rubella; Cytomegalovirus; Herpes Simplex Virus); other infection like tuberculosis can also lead to abortion.

But , if the investigation results are normal the modern medicine can't do anything. Here comes the role of the homeopath. Reassurance should be given about the high probability of a successful outcome.
The homeopath after careful interrogation can determine the constitutional remedy and when prescribed can result in the so called miracle, the formation of life and its continuation to full term. The tendency to abortion can be completely eliminated and the women can be restored to health and experience motherhood.
